About John Luard

V.W.John Luard is the Principal Consultant of Human Resources Insights. He has over 30 years in OD, H/R and hands-on management experience with domestic and international organizations. He has served in both non-profit and for-profit companies.

Graduating from Wisconsin University with a M.A. in Public Policy and Public Administration, he has served in numerous capacities, including Management Accounting, Organizational Development, Operational Analysis, Productivity Evaluations and H/R Systems.
